Complaints and Appeals

Purpose: This policy provides a framework for submitting and resolving complaints and appeals in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Complaints Submission: Individuals may submit complaints regarding the journal's content, staff, editorial board, or publishing practices through an official channel that ensures confidentiality and impartiality.

Review Process: Upon receipt, each complaint is assessed, and a formal review is initiated. The process includes a thorough examination of the complaint, and a response is communicated to the complainant.

Appeals: Complainants dissatisfied with the outcomes can request an appeal, which will be reviewed by an independent committee to ensure an objective decision-making process.

Resolution: Resolutions aim to be mutually agreed upon, ensuring the integrity of the journal and satisfaction of the complainant.

The policy is based on the Core Practices from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)
