Complaints and Appeals

Jurnal Riset Kimia provides mechanisms through which authors, reviewers, readers, and other parties may raise complaints concerning the journal's policies, procedures, editorial conduct, or publication decisions.

Authors may also submit appeals against editorial decisions when they believe that a substantive error has occurred in the evaluation of their manuscript.

Complaints and appeals are considered fairly and, whenever possible, by individuals who were not directly responsible for the matter under review.
