Publisher Responsibilities and Journal Management

The publisher supports the journal's publishing infrastructure, administrative operations, and dissemination of scholarly content. The editorial team is responsible for coordinating manuscript submissions, managing peer review, implementing editorial policies, and maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record.

The publisher and editorial team have distinct responsibilities. Institutional and administrative support does not confer authority to influence the scientific assessment or editorial outcome of individual manuscripts.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently by the journal's editors and are based on scholarly merit, scientific validity, peer-review evidence, research integrity, and applicable ethical standards.

The publisher and its institutional representatives do not direct decisions on individual manuscripts. Financial considerations, institutional relationships, sponsorship, or other external interests must not determine editorial acceptance or rejection.
